WebPinhead buff. To break out of pinheads chain you must perform a difficult skill check on each chain. From what I've seen so far it's too easy for survivors to break free. I kind of agree, but I don't think a skill check is a good idea, not in chase. Will just hurt newer players more than experienced players.
