WebJul 28, 2016 · I noticed that the brakes were still dragging, sound like it was coming from the rear brakes. Went back to the garage and took the rear rotors back off. I noticed that the brake shoes were touching the inside of the rotors barely making a groove. My park brake/emergency brake hasn't worked in a while, so I took it off and tossed it in the trash.
