WebMy mother developed the disease in her early 20s and died at 39 and my sister had noticeable symptoms in her late teens and is 33 now and in her late stages of the disease. (Bed-ridden, can't talk, super skinny, etc) I am currently 31, no symptoms (at least that I or anyone else notices).
