WebbI got prescribed cotrimoxazol (bactrim) for 10 days and epididymitis was fully cleared. but UTI/Prostatitis symptoms were still very midly there, no pain urinating anymore, but some more urge to pee. 3 days after last anti biotic I got a insane flare up of the UTI/Prostatitis symptoms. My perineum felt warm, throbbing and was in a lot of pain.
