I have 5.1TB of storage (university account), but currently am seeing about 3.4TB in documents and 2.1TB in Preservation Hold Library (5.5TB + total). I get the message when I try to delete files that it would exceed storage limits. My recycle bin is empty. In this case, everything we delete will go to the Preservation Hold Library instead of the recycle bin which will not reduce the site storage.
