Webb20 juli 2015 · when i clicked on that, i was then successfully taken to the true second-stage recycly bin, where i found the deleted file in question and was able to restore it. for anyone experiencing this issue, there is (as of 7/20/15) still a second stage recycle bin that is called just that. just scroll to the bottom of the page to find the link to it.
